The tailgate lock on my 1994 Cherokee Limited SUV won’t allow the tailgate to close. It happened after my wife had opened the tailgate with her key. I foolishly then clicked the electronic unlock control on the driver side front door, for the purpose of unlocking all doors. After that the tailgate bounced back on attempts to close it. Can you repair this?
