Welcome to the Capital Off Road Enthusiasts (CORE) website! CORE was created with the interest of promoting responsible four wheel driving and having a blast doing it! We are non-vehicle specific and welcome everyone. We offer trail rides and events for all levels of off-road drivers and aren’t looking to tear up any vehicles. Through organized four wheeling there can be enjoyment and relaxation, while maintaining a respect for the environment that doesn’t require a “professional driver on a closed course”.
